We at Play Your Way, LLC would like to first thank you for choosing us. We are committed to your satisfaction. In order to do that we must enforce certain terms and conditions.
For your safety and well being, there will be no food or beverages permitted on the gaming truck. For the safety of the vehicle we must have 75 feet of clearance for parking. No parking on both sides of the street and at least 14 feet height clearance. The area must be level and free of debris.
If for any reason so one becomes unruly they will be asked to leave the gaming truck. A parent or responsible adult must be present either on or close by the truck at all times for guests under the age of 17. Guest 5 years of age and younger must be accompanied by the child's parent at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS. Play Your Way accepts no responsibility for unsupervised children. Supervision is the sole responsibility of the parent and/or host. If the party becomes unmanageable the party will shut down immediately with no refund.
No illegal drugs of any kind will be allowed in or around the truck at any time. If drugs are detected the event will end immediately with no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Because our truck is climate controlled there’s no cancellations due to weather unless the weather is severe (lighting, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rainfall, snow and/or ice). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to reschedule your event to guarantee the safety of you and your guests, staff and equipment.
Zero tolerance for fighting and throwing of the remotes. Anyone who breaks this is expelled from the truck (indefinitely).
A nonrefundable $225.00 deposit is required to hold a specific date and party must be paid in full 2 (two) week prior to the event. Even if you pay in full deposit is non-refundable. Holiday events will be subjected to an additional $125 up charge. There are no discounts on Holidays. If not paid in full 2 (two) weeks prior to the event there is a strong possibility of losing the date reserved. If you have to reschedule your deposit is good for six months. After six months you have to reschedule with another deposit. For events over 150 people, full price of $1200 applies. For each additional 150 people, there will be a charge to cover extra employees to handle the crowd. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us with any unforeseen problems. We understand that thing happen so we are more than happy to work with our customers to try to resolve any issue to the best of our abilities. It is the customers (person or organization that hired Play Your Way, LLC) responsibility for any intentional or unintentional act of willful negligence from any guest invited to event. This includes games, gaming consoles, controllers, TV's, all remote controls of any kind and anything else on the motor coach that is damaged. We reserve the right to collect the appropriate funds for damages from the credit card use to book the event or if agreed, by cash. Failure to comply can result in legal action. These things are the customer's responsibility and must be replaced at the customer's expense. Parties start promptly at time schedule and ends at time schedule. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS any additional time must be paid for in advance if available.
Photos both by us and the guests can be taken and is encouraged. Photographs taken by Play Your Way will be placed on social media and website unless notified by customer in advance.
We at Play Your Way, LLC. are committed to your privacy. We only use your information for the business at hand and for no other reason. We do not sell, trade, rent or give your personal information to anyone for any reason.
Again the safety of the guest and the protection of the vehicle is top priority. We want your party to be one of the best experiences ever and if we follow these simple rules it will be.
